Deliverables • Deliver the complete customized results according to the demand plan confirmed by both parties, including but not limited to: (1) Design category: Editable source files (AI, PSD, SVG, etc.) + finished product files (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.); (2) Code category: Complete runnable code package + deployment document, user manual, test report; (3) Copywriting category: Editable documents (Word, PDF) + finished product files; (4) Course category: PPT courseware, video files, graphic materials, supplementary learning materials.
Delivery method • All deliverables will be delivered through online channels, including network disk links (Baidu Netdisk, Alibaba Cloud Disk, etc.), code repositories (GitHub/Gitee), email attachments, and exclusive delivery platforms. Physical media delivery will not be provided; • The validity period of the delivery link is 7 - 30 days. Users need to download and save the files in a timely manner. If the files are lost due to failure to download within the time limit, the user can contact the customer service to request a re - delivery once.
Delivery time and acceptance • The delivery time shall be subject to the agreement between both parties (written in the quotation sheet or demand confirmation form). The service provider will complete the delivery within the agreed time. In case of delay caused by the user's failure to confirm the demand or supplement materials in a timely manner, the delivery time will be postponed accordingly; • The user needs to complete the acceptance within 7 working days after receiving the delivery notice. The acceptance criteria shall be subject to the demand plan confirmed by both parties. If no written objection is raised within the time limit, it shall be deemed that the acceptance is qualified; • In case of unqualified acceptance, the specific content that does not meet the requirements shall be clearly pointed out. The service provider will complete the modification and redeliver within the agreed time, and the acceptance process will be recalculated.
Delivery guarantee • The delivered files have all passed strict tests or reviews to ensure no functional failures, format errors, or content omissions (such as the code can run, and there are no typos in the design); • Provide file format conversion services (such as PPT to PDF, image format adjustment). Users can apply according to the usage scenarios; • In case the files cannot be accessed due to platform policy changes (such as network disk restrictions) after delivery, the user can contact the customer service to request a re - sending.
